Kala Meditation Coaching
We offer a range of meditation coaching options to suit you at the stage that you are at. Whether you are new to meditation or are a seasoned meditator, we can work with you to reach your desired outcome. Perhaps you don't know where to start or where to go next, perhaps you have a specific goal in mind. A coach can help with all of this.
What does coaching entail?
Meditation coaching is like having a personal meditation teacher and counsellor all rolled into one. Not only will you receive guidance for your practice but you will have the opportunity to discuss how that practice may impact your life. You will also have the invaluable asset of accountability. Just knowing that someone out there is dedicated to keeping you on track is often enough to make huge changes. All our coaching is done online via video calls. You can access a video call with either a mobile device or laptop/pc.
During a call:
- We will discuss what you would like to bring into your life through meditation and make a plan/programme to follow.
- We will identify key areas to focus on and will map out theory and guided practices that will suit your needs.
- We might go over specific techniques such as breathing methods.
- We might talk about particular challenges you are facing and how to work with them.
- Your calls will be unique so mostly your coach will just listen to what you need and go from there.
Which option is right for me?
If you are new to coaching it may seem like a big step and this is why we recommend going for a multi-call option such as the explore pack. You may have a lot to talk about and those follow-up calls can make all the difference!
